While Earthcomber is offered at no cost to you, you may incur expenses for data services or other service fees from your internet or cellular phone service provider. Earthcomber is not responsible for and may not be held liable for any of those costs.

Third-party suppliers of information used on Earthcomber are not controlled by Earthcomber. You understand and agree that this service includes a mix of advertisement and independent editorial descriptions. Considering the real-time nature of this service, you agree that is impractical, impossible, and/or unduly burdensome for Earthcomber to review messages or confirm the validity of information in them. Earthcomber does not monitor the contents of listings and is not responsible for any information in them. Earthcomber does not vouch for or warrant their accuracy, completeness or usefulness.

Earthcomber may in its sole discretion remove objectionable messages that come to its attention, and reserves the right to remove any message or listing for any reason or for no reason. Earthcomber service is provided for your personal use. Commercial uses of Earthcomber services, in whole or part, are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Earthcomber LLC.

Each User is responsible for obtaining access to this service. Access may require third party fees (such as data plans or airtime charges). You are responsible for payment of all fees charged to you or your accounts as a result of using this service.

Earthcomber may terminate any User's rights and access to any Services at any time. ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITH NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER. EARTHCOMBER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED

You understand and agree that Earthcomber shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered by any user or advertiser as a result of, or arising from, this service.

Without the prior written consent of Earthcomber, you shall not make use of any Earthcomber names, trademarks, service marks, design marks, symbols or other indicia of origin. Advertisers and Users are responsible for the information they provide or use.

This Agreement may be modified or amended, solely by Earthcomber, at any time, without notice to you.
